What I’m doing Now?
Now a days, he is now a Songwriter / Remixer and Producer with his own studio in Peppermint Jam, doing his own thing. He loved the band but he also loves being creative without any  guide lines. So moving from artist to a more back ground position was a very good move. As his first real love was deejaying and making people move. That's just what he´s doing again producing and remixing dance tracks for Peppermint Jam and for who ever needs a mix. To producing his own club dance tracks under his new Deejay, Producer name, Diezel Washington (where the first name was given to him by Mousse.T as a matter of fact - don't ask why. Delroy needed then a last name. ‘I admire Denzel Washington and people say i look bit like him, I cant see it myself.’ So there you have it.). Diezels about to make his moves very clear. Java - My Oasis, Mr. President - All In The Game. Are some of the first songs he wrote. Working his way from the background is so much more fun. So there will be a lot more to come in the near future...
While working with a lot other artists and singers LayZee has now decided the time is right to show what he’s been up to. With the first single under the name LayZee (ex-mr. president) He has managed to produce several new songs. The first of which, being ‘Catch Me’ which was co-written by Jan Van Der Toorn and Lavon Lee. Produced by Diezel Washington. Which has turned out to be a catchy dance track which grabs sounds from the underground house scene. Providing a thumping beat and electronic vibes, which are just right for the clubs and a great track for the summer. Other tracks will follow shortly and LayZee will be on tour this summer with his own style of entertaining and holding his crowd.

What Did I Do Then!

As the front man and rapper of the band, we amazingly managed to have 4 albums released in Germany and the World. Plus 1 best of and an album for the Japanese market that would 6 albums. We released 15 singles all of which reached the German single. One in particular reached far more people than I care to think about. It also made the ‘Mr: President’ a now household name. It’s difficult to say how many videos we made but 20 would a good number. We received Gold and Platinum awards from over 38 countries around the world. We visited over 40 counties around the world and played on over 4000 different stages. We over 20 million records and CD’s and cassettes. We rubbed shoulders with the likes of Robbie William, Take That, The Back Street Boys. Justin Timberlake, N’sync, Missy Elliott, The Spice Girls, Phil Collins, Aha!, Flavor Flav, Bootsy Collins, Gloria Gaynor, Joycelyn Brown, Ricky Martin and so many more it would take me all night to write about. We recorded we just as many. Hand in Hand for Children and  Love Message just to mention two. We also won an award for song writing. Which is not often that a German band wins an award from an English speaking country for there song writing.
